Before you buy
Does this camera support 5G WiFi?
No. This security camera only supports a 2.4GHz WiFi network, which provides a longer transmission range and better wall penetration. It also supports AP Hotspot direct connection.
Is a memory card included?
No. A TF/MicroSD memory card is required for local recording but is not included. The camera supports cards up to 128GB.
How does loop recording work?
When the TF card reaches its maximum capacity, the camera will automatically overwrite the oldest video files with the newest ones, ensuring continuous 24/7 recording.
Is Cloud storage free?
Cloud storage requires a paid subscription plan provided by the app. Alternatively, you can use a TF card for free local storage.
How do multiple users view the camera?
You can share the camera device through the mobile app. Multiple family members can download the app, bind the device, and watch the live stream simultaneously.
