Orders are sent out through regular postal shipping. If you wish to have them sent with insurance coverage or through express delivery, email us first at info@ourlifesmart.com before purchasing. We will give you the quotation.

Sorry, but we can not cancel your order when it’s already shipped.

We use 3rd party couriers to deliver the orders. If you purchase with us you understand that there’s risk of parcels getting lost. We only refund orders that have proof that they were not received.

We use 3rd party tracking systems to track orders and if the website states that your order was delivered then we will go by it. Only when the state, city or zip code from your tracking number is not consistent with your inputted shipping details, we will offer the refund.

Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds & Warranty:

We want to ensure you are 100% happy. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without damaging the box or packaging if possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 30 days from the delivered date.

Please note, we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping a return order over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We always strive to make your return experience hassle-free and handle your return in the most timely fashion possible.

Warranty:

ourlifesmart warrants to the original customer a limited three (3) month warranty from Material Defects. ourlifesmart will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove materially defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials that cause malfunction in the product during proper use. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by ourlifesmart on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If ourlifesmart is unable to repair or replace the product, ourlifesmart will, at its option, refund or credit the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made or substitute an equivalent product.

Exceptions to the Warranty

Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, this limited warranty does not cover any damage to a product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product which has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations. Proof of purchase may be required.

ourlifesmart and its suppliers assume no responsibility for any damage, loss or claim by third parties that may arise through the use of this product.

ourlifesmart is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with damaged devices. In the event of a claim, ourlifesmart’ sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware, under no circumstances will ourlifesmart be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product.

ourlifesmart shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any warranty on this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,

or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
